What happens after I purchase a Growth Assessment™

After your purchase or enquiry is confirmed, MyProHub collects essential business and website context through a short onboarding process. The assessment scope is confirmed before analysis begins. Your website is then reviewed across applicable growth, visibility, conversion, trust, measurement, and performance signals. You receive the deliverables included in your selected plan within the stated delivery period.

What information do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

At minimum, MyProHub needs your website URL, business model, primary goals, target audience, key products or services, and the main challenge you want the assessment to address. Depending on the selected plan, additional context such as priority markets, conversion goals, current marketing channels, or previous performance information may also be requested. The onboarding is focused and manageable.

Question 3

Do I need to provide access to Google Analytics or advertising accounts?

Accepted Answer

No account access is required for an initial website-level assessment. MyProHub can separate website-observable evidence from analytics or account-level evidence, and from information that requires manual review. Access to platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, or your CRM may improve the depth and confidence of measurement, funnel, and acquisition analysis. Access is requested only when relevant and with your approval.

How is this different from a traditional website audit?

Accepted Answer

Traditional audits usually produce a list of technical or marketing issues. A MyProHub Growth Assessment connects findings to business impact, evidence quality, priority, risk, effort, ownership, and recommended next actions. The goal is not to create a longer issue list. The goal is to help leadership understand what matters most and what should happen next.

Will MyProHub implement the recommendations?

Accepted Answer

Implementation is available as a separate engagement. Depending on the requirement, MyProHub may support analytics and conversion tracking, technical SEO, conversion optimization, website improvements, paid media, funnel development, or broader growth-system implementation. Scope, timeline, responsibilities, and pricing are confirmed separately after the assessment, and each implementation request is reviewed before work is accepted.

Is this suitable for Shopify, WordPress, SaaS, or service businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The assessment framework can be applied to Shopify stores, WordPress websites, SaaS platforms, lead-generation websites, professional-service businesses, agencies, and other digital business models. The analysis adapts to the website's purpose rather than applying the same recommendations to every business. Some signals or categories may be marked not applicable depending on the business model.
