Pricing, payment timing, deliverables, timelines, and any refund terms are governed by the specific plan, proposal, invoice, checkout terms, or written agreement presented at the time of purchase or engagement.

Where work has started, custom analysis, strategy, reports, advisory time, or implementation work may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access where applicable, permissions to review relevant assets, and business context needed to complete the agreed work.

You remain responsible for business decisions, implementation choices, compliance obligations, and approval of changes made to your website, campaigns, analytics, or operations.

The MyProHub website, brand, frameworks, Growth OS™ materials, templates, methods, copy, visuals, and platform concepts are owned by MyProHub or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Client-specific deliverables may be used for your internal business purposes subject to payment and the applicable agreement. You may not resell, repackage, publicly distribute, or claim ownership of MyProHub methods or reusable materials without written permission.

Services may reference or rely on third-party platforms such as analytics, tag management, advertising, website, ecommerce, hosting, CRM, email, or reporting tools. MyProHub is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data accuracy issues, or platform limitations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyProHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from website use, services, recommendations, implementation decisions, or third-party tools.

Where liability cannot be excluded, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in India subject to applicable law and any agreed dispute-resolution terms.
